Lee MacDougall “London In The Summer”

For several years the British singer-songwriter Lee MacDougall is touring through the whole wide world. He is creating something like a musical diary while telling the stories of (real) people and their lives. MacDougall is not a preacher. His stories are personal and (often) true but far away from any fussiness, lulling consternation or mere sentimentality – and if so, then Lee complains perfect. He creates pioneering closeness without affectation. Great songs for lovers – confident, emotional, pictorial and sung with great composure. Enough praising? You have eyes and ears, so take a look and give it a listen!
